Our Process
1. What to expect from Signature Entertainment
- Once you visit our site, check your date availability and fill out your contact form. One of our representatives will call you and tell you a little bit about who we are.
- At that time we will ask you a few basic questions and complete your profile on our computer system
- We also will give you an estimate on pricing based on some of the questions you will be asked.
- If you feel like we’re a good fit for your event, we will schedule a face to face consultation in our office to help you get to know us better and finalize your thinking.
2. The “Initial” Consultation
- The initial consultation is held in our office.
- We will talk specifically about what you would like during your reception and set up a preliminary “gameplan” which will give you a visual on how the night will proceed.
- We will show you how to use our online worksheet tool where you will be able to put in the names of all the people to be introduced during introductions. You’ll even be able to pick your music for the various segments of the evening.
- You will receive an easy-to-read agreement for your review with pricing and deposit amounts clearly explained. Rest assured, there are no surprises with Signature. Everything is in writing for clarity and your peace of mind.
- A non-refundable 25% deposit locks in your date.
3. Final steps
- If you sign an agreement with us, your date is locked in.
- We will schedule you with a final meeting with your DJ two weeks before your reception. At this time he will review your worksheet with you and make any last minute changes. He will also make notes of additional instructions. This is the perfect opportunity to bond with him so that you are not meeting him for the first time at your reception. The night of the event he will take charge of coordinating and executing your “gameplan” so you can simply relax and enjoy the greatest day of your life!
- You will be billed approximately one month before your event for the final balance. Payment is due 14 days before the actual event.
