Pricing
At Signature Entertainment our pricing is based solely on hours of performance and is fair and in line with our competitors. We don’t believe in “gimmick” packages to trap you into paying for things you don’t need. Our price includes everything you need and there are no charges for setup, tear down or travel within 30 miles of metro Buffalo. And of course because it’s a private party there is no sales tax.
The price that you are quoted is the complete price you pay. Our deposit with a signed contract is 25% (non-refundable) of the total cost. You will be invoiced for the balance approximately 4 weeks before the event, with a due date of 2 weeks before the event. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express credit cards in addition to checks. You can pay with a credit card online via our website or mail us a check.
You can make payments against your balance at any time by sending us a check or by credit card via your worksheet. All payments will be applied to your balance and you will receive a receipt via email for each payment. Payments against your balance after deposits are refundable. The deposit amount is not.
With all due respect we do not send price quotes via email. We prefer to speak with you, learn what your basic needs are and who we are. We will then quote you a price on the phone. You owe it to yourself to know what you are paying for.
Remember, a good price is only as good as the product you receive. We are sure you can find cheaper, but our clients will tell you that you won’t find better than Signature Entertainment.
